Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iago Huguet took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Rodney Silvestre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Madrid's Aketza Vidal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 minutes, Belarmo Leyva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manresa and the Madrid players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Goyo Calvo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Manresa's Pierres Cambero didn't even have to move. Pierres Cambero made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Cisco Olmos sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Maurino Palanques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manresa's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurino Palanques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aketza Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Mitxel Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute Rodney Silvestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aketza Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Belarmo Leyva made a precise shot to the right of Aketza Vidal. Madrid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Iago Huguet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iago Huguet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Manresa's goalkeeper Pierres Cambero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cisco Olmos. 44 minutes into the game, Landolfo Villafane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manresa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madrid the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Manresa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Landolfo Villafane to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodney Silvestre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Madrid's Aketza Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodney Silvestre in the 54th minute of play. Maurino Palanques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aketza Vidal having to interfere. If Maurino Palanques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, Andrés Pujol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Madrid's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manresa the free kick. Andrés Pujol hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute of the game, Belarmo Leyva landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 61 minutes, Mitxel Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Madrid and the Manresa players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Madrid getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mitxel Santos hit a great ball. Manresa's Timo Garcia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Madrid. In the 70th minute, Iago Huguet made a precise shot to the right of Pierres Cambero. Manresa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 75 minutes into the match, Madrid's goalkeeper Aketza Vidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurino Palanques. Pierres Cambero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iago Huguet's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Maurino Palanques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mitxel Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Timo Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aketza Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cisco Olmos scored 2-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pierres Cambero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Madrid's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
