In the 85th minute, Barros Alavedra sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Castrovaselle FC's Hernán Rojas didn't even have to move. If Xerardo Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Las Ermitas FC's Ponc Estrada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Las Ermitas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Natxo Lorenzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vigil Guijarro in the 96th minute of play forced Las Ermitas FC's goalkeeper Ponc Estrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Las Ermitas FC had won after a very even match.
