Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Milton santillana made the kick off and thus started the match. If Ioseba Bartumeu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Verdeja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ereinotz Sauca having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, Gometxa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. Ioseba Bartumeu struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ereinotz Sauca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabanyes. After 20 played minutes Gometxa got a freekick which was hit by Tauro Mendez. Isidro Domenech hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milton santillana in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lauro Armada saved Cabanyes from getting behind. Jerico Riba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Armada having to interfere. Lauro Armada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tauro Mendez in the 35th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Cabanyes got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Herrero. After recieving a nice pass, Gometxa's Erasmo Rodriguez tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Geremia Manzano hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Milton santillana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lauro Armada came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Gometxa's Tauro Mendez. But to his dismay, Tauro Mendez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Gometxa were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ioseba Bartumeu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 66th minute, Ioseba Bartumeu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ereinotz Sauca was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 77th match minute, Gometxa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edorta Esteban to maneuver through the defense. Cabanyes's Ioseba Bartumeu got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ereinotz Sauca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Verdeja, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Milton santillana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lauro Armada came out and tried to block the shot, but Milton santillana slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 83rd minute. Ereinotz Sauca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioseba Bartumeu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ioseba Bartumeu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
