Gallo Cameno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Cabanyes getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Geremia Manzano hit a great ball. Ioseba Bartumeu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Castel Valdés tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ioseba Bartumeu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Cabanyes's zone, Gallo Cameno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lauro Armada came out of the goal and Gallo Cameno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Verdejas short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Castel Valdés to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The wind increased when Josias De la Rosa made the kick off in the second half. If Gallo Cameno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 58 in the game by Gallo Cameno from a close distance when the talented Lauro Armada managed to make a qualified save. Cabanyes's players were relieved. After 61 played minutes Navalquejigo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Typhon Hevia. The referee showed Anacleto Solana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Navalquejigo AFC booed when Cabanyes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Solana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Josias De la Rosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabanyes's Lauro Armada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Navalquejigo AFC's Carlito Solo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carlito Solo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Navalquejigo AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carlito Solo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Cabanyes booed when Navalquejigo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zavier Zubizarreta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Ioseba Bartumeu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Castel Valdés was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Ioseba Bartumeu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Castel Valdés was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
