Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Florian Reyes kicked off to start the match. Marchalenes AFC's Lalo Mondejar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Reyes in the 3rd minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ursino Solo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lalo Mondejar. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience was convinced that Clemencin Carceles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Macedonio Canyelles was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Almería's zone, Clemencin Carceles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Macedonio Canyelles came out of the goal and Clemencin Carceles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemencin Carceles in the 35th minute of play forced Almería's goalkeeper Macedonio Canyelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herberto Cienfuegos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macedonio Canyelles having to interfere. Lino Briso's late challenge caught a Marchalenes AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Briso helped the player get up and apologised. 38 minutes into the game, one of Almería:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 42 minutes into the game, Tabor Cazorla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Almería's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marchalenes AFC the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Tabor Cazorla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgilio Naranjo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Ursino Solo in the 47th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herberto Cienfuegos to make the kick off. Ursino Solo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lalo Mondejar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Herberto Cienfuegos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marchalenes AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Herberto Cienfuegos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Macedonio Canyelles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tabor Cazorla hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Ursino Solo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lalo Mondejar having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Marchalenes AFC's Ugaitz Machado got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Ursino Solo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herberto Cienfuegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Herberto Cienfuegos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Marchalenes AFC's Ugaitz Machado got a free kick in the 74th minute. Florian Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, Florian Reyes notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Marchalenes AFC's Lalo Mondejar. Lalo Mondejar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cresenciano Gil during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Florian Reyes took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lalo Mondejar. Lalo Mondejar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Almería fans cheered their team off the field, for while Marchalenes AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
