If Zunbeltz Coira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Rey in the 23rd minute of play forced Prados FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Echavarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Echavarri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Cabezas's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Armando Cabezas struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Alvaro Echavarri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Nova FC. Alvaro Echavarri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Cabezas's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Americo Cambero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zunbeltz Coira in the 36th minute of the match. Zeru Solera succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zunbeltz Coira made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Dante Gabas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute Prados FC were awarded a corner. Ponciano Aguado went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice moves Damaso Rey could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Alvaro Echavarri however easily saved by the left post. Americo Cambero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zunbeltz Coira went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Costa Nova FC's Americo Cambero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeru Solera in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute, Armando Cabezas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alvaro Echavarri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Cabezas, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute Armando Cabezas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Echavarri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Cabezas in the 81st minute of play forced Prados FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Echavarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Armando Cabezas came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Costa Nova FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Cabezas couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Viqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
