But to his dismay, Madaleno Serena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Madaleno Serena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sebastiano Gabas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madaleno Serena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastiano Gabas having to interfere. The supporters of Can Puig AFC booed when Benidorm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frutos Solano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Clodio Lagunas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Can Puig AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodio Lagunas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Can Puig AFC booed when Benidorm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaizko Buendia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 minutes, Misael Hernandez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Can Puig AFC and the Benidorm players grew even worse after the yellow card. 81 minutes into the match, Donatello Molina sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Sebastiano Gabas threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Donatello Molina this time. In the 86th minute, Gaizko Buendia had to leave the field with a concussion. Cristobal Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristobal Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Can Puig AFC had won after a very even match.
