The supporters of El Portal AFC booed when Colonia Güell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asteri Suarez had several of the El Portal AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Germán Avila as he didn't even see the shot coming. 29 minutes into the match, Colonia Güell's Senen Palomares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Germán Avila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Senen Palomares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Germán Avila when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Colonia Güell fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.
