After a rather tough play, Mas Del Jutge FC's Garibaldo Abajas got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Sant Joan Despí's Hechter Adán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Abad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 27th minute Fábio Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Puyol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Herrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Antonio Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Petronio Rivera was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diagur Cartagena to strike the kick off in the second half. Hechter Adán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Abad having to interfere. Fábio Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Puyol having to interfere. If Hechter Adán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Diagur Cartagena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mas Del Jutge FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diagur Cartagena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hechter Adán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Abad having to interfere. Ereinotz Palanques hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hechter Adán in the 90th minute of play forced Mas Del Jutge FC's goalkeeper Antonio Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diagur Cartagena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diagur Cartagena struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Naldo Puyol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mas Del Jutge FC. 96 minutes into the match, Mas Del Jutge FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Herrera came free, but Antonio Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sant Joan Despí fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mas Del Jutge FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
