Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Currito Villanueva kicked off to start the match. Balada were furious when Aristeo Costa was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 3 minutes into the game, one of Balada:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gomesano Galnares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loreto Barba, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Gomesano Galnares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Currito Villanueva in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Balada booed when Basauri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Currito Villanueva didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Laureano Alvarez came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Balada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Alvarez couldn't finish the play. Currito Villanueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Balada's zone, Currito Villanueva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gomesano Galnares came out of the goal and Currito Villanueva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Currito Villanueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gomesano Galnares having to interfere. Laureano Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Min Quevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salomon Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gomesano Galnares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loreto Barba in the 42nd minute of play. Loreto Barba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gomesano Galnares having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Alvarez to make the kick off. Laureano Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Balada's Laureano Alvarez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Min Quevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Basauri FC's Loreto Barba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gomesano Galnares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Gomesano Galnares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loreto Barba got free with Gomesano Galnares in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gomesano Galnares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Currito Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Loreto Barba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Basauri FC booed when Balada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fresco Dorado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 minutes, Laureano Alvarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balada and the Basauri FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Balada's Fresco Dorado got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Currito Villanueva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gomesano Galnares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loreto Barba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gomesano Galnares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, Balada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fresco Dorado to maneuver through the defense. Basauri FC's Malvin Rico couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 97th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Balada.
