He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Trocadero reached it. After a rather tough play, El Trocadero's Anakoz Vega got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute Vigil Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiano Saavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If René Durango had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Valdefuenes FC booed when El Trocadero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Bermudez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Cesario Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio De la Torre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. René Durango struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Flavio De la Torre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valdefuenes FC. Maximiano Saavedra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anakoz Vega's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. El Trocadero's Anakoz Vega got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesario Palacios in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio De la Torre saved El Trocadero from getting behind. A collision led to El Trocadero getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Anacleto Bermudez hit a great ball. Vigil Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiano Saavedra having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Anakoz Vega made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, El Trocadero's Xurxo Armada got a free kick in the 57th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Anakoz Vega dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maximiano Saavedra, 1-2. In the 66th minute, Argi Redondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vigil Navarro struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Vigil Navarro took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiano Saavedra. Maximiano Saavedra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Maximiano Saavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anakoz Vega in the 78th minute of play. Flavio De la Torre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesario Palacios in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute René Durango shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio De la Torre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, René Durango got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. El Trocadero's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
