With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beti Varela in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Misael Fernandez saved Galvecito AFC from getting behind. Beti Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andolin Unzueta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perico Figueroa in the 19th minute of play. Garibaldo Teruel hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Gartzea Huerta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andolin Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perico Figueroa in the 23rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eulalio Ribas during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Eulalio Ribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eulalio Ribas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Misael Fernandez having to interfere. In the 31st minute Eulalio Ribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misael Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Misael Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beti Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Galvecito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lucila Izaguirre. 44 minutes into the match, Galvecito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Beti Varela came free, but Misael Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Perico Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andolin Unzueta having to interfere. If Gartzea Huerta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Perico Figueroa was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, San Ginés's Beti Varela dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Beti Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the game, Aquilino Cuevas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Ginés's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galvecito AFC the free kick. A collision led to San Ginés getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Aquilino Cuevas hit a great ball. Andolin Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perico Figueroa in the 74th minute of the match. Xesc Candela charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xesc Candela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Xesc Candela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perico Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andolin Unzueta having to interfere. Gartzea Huerta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gartzea Huerta struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Andolin Unzueta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galvecito AFC. In the 85th match minute, San Ginés was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvis Justo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 89 minutes, Gartzea Huerta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galvecito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gartzea Huerta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in San Ginés's zone, Gartzea Huerta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andolin Unzueta came out of the goal and Gartzea Huerta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
