Sergio Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ireno Balboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Xalbador Casals dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ganix Quintas, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Calella FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xalbador Casals came free, but Ganix Quintas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ganix Quintas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xalbador Casals showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. When Xalbador Casals came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Sel Del Tojo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xalbador Casals couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Xalbador Casals shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ganix Quintas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ireno Balboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldovino Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Baldovino Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calella FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldovino Moreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Felipe Arraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 35 minutes, Baldovino Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calella FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldovino Moreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Baldovino Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Calella FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldovino Moreira couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Calella FC defense, Xalbador Casals kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ganix Quintas. The Calella FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ganix Quintas should have stopped the shot. After 46 played minutes Sel Del Tojo got a freekick which was hit by Iván Griego. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xalbador Casals to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Nalo Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Calella FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xalbador Casals came free, but Ganix Quintas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xalbador Casals sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ireno Balboa made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Baldovino Moreira sent off a good shot on target. Baldovino Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ireno Balboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ireno Balboa having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Baldovino Moreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calella FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Ireno Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Ribeiro in the 82nd minute of play. Sel Del Tojo's Ireno Balboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Ribeiro in the 89th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Calella FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Griego came free, but Ganix Quintas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergio Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ireno Balboa having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sel Del Tojo had won after a very even match.
