A very good chance. In the 9th minute Quinito Roca suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 9 minutes, Abel Elias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arratzain and the Fuengirola players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Arratzain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Elias to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Marques Vallejo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arratzain's Etxepare Sacristán didn't even have to move. In the 12th minute, Abel Elias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Arratzain's Etxepare Sacristán got control of the ball when Zunbeltz Zapatero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zunbeltz Zapatero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisito Losada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Coya in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 minutes, Eugenio Campos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fuengirola and the Arratzain players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eugenio Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 38th minute of the match Jaizki Jauregui shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisito Losada showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Morera in the 44th minute of play forced Fuengirola's goalkeeper Luisito Losada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Morera was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 75 minutes, Ricardo Morera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zunbeltz Zapatero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Etxepare Sacristán read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arratzain's goalkeeper Etxepare Sacristán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the game, Zunbeltz Zapatero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Etxepare Sacristán was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zunbeltz Zapatero scored 2-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Etxepare Sacristán, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
