Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Tarin in the 12th minute of play forced Numancia De La Sagra FC's goalkeeper Emiliano Tobia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 played minutes Liñarejos FC got a freekick which was hit by Petri Landa. Rexino Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dimo Gibert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Ricoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dimo Gibert was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. If Rexino Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filomeno Ricoy struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Dimo Gibert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Numancia De La Sagra FC. Iyan Uria charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iyan Uria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Liñarejos FC's Iyan Uria got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Filomeno Ricoy came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Numancia De La Sagra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Ricoy couldn't finish the play. Emiliano Tobia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Tarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dimo Gibert made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Rexino Rico sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Liñarejos FC's Dimo Gibert got control of the ball when Rexino Rico tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gelmiro Tobia during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gelmiro Tobia hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viviano Castillo in the 46th minute of play forced Numancia De La Sagra FC's goalkeeper Emiliano Tobia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filomeno Ricoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Numancia De La Sagra FC's Rexino Rico got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Rexino Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emiliano Tobia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Tarin in the 62nd minute of the match. Albino Gala hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Viviano Castillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viviano Castillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Emiliano Tobia made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Liñarejos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gelmiro Tobia came free, but Dimo Gibert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Everardo Tarin, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 79 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Emiliano Tobia was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Liñarejos FC's Emiliano Tobia threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Everardo Tarin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Viviano Castillo's late challenge caught a Numancia De La Sagra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viviano Castillo helped the player get up and apologised. Viviano Castillo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Rexino Rico struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Dimo Gibert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Numancia De La Sagra FC. After a defensive mix-up in Liñarejos FC's zone, Filomeno Ricoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimo Gibert came out of the goal and Filomeno Ricoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rexino Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91stth minute of the game Filomeno Ricoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liñarejos FC's Dimo Gibert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Liñarejos FC booed when Numancia De La Sagra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelmiro Tobia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everardo Tarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Tobia having to interfere.
