Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eloy Mangas started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes Pont De Vilumara got a freekick which was hit by Boni Fernandez. Segundo Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Blazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ramond Alcantara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ereinotz Benítez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Torres in the 21st minute of play forced Jalón's goalkeeper Ereinotz Benítez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Marcial Torres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ramone Urbina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Eloy Mangas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Segundo Adán was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Jalón defense, Marcial Torres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ereinotz Benítez. The Jalón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ereinotz Benítez should have stopped the shot. Ereinotz Benítez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Torres took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ereinotz Benítez. Ereinotz Benítez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Jalón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pont De Vilumara:s goal. Ereinotz Benítez had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Maximino Teruel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcial Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Marcial Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ereinotz Benítez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Eloy Mangas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Segundo Adán was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Eloy Mangas took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Segundo Adán. Segundo Adán dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After having played for 67 minutes, Ramond Alcantara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pont De Vilumara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramond Alcantara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute Marcial Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ereinotz Benítez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Mosen Sabina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ramond Alcantara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pont De Vilumara's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramond Alcantara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ereinotz Benítez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcial Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ereinotz Benítez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Torres in the 87th minute of play. Mosen Sabina hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes, Xabier Sarrate mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pont De Vilumara and the Jalón players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes Pont De Vilumara got a freekick which was hit by Xabier Sarrate. Segundo Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramone Urbina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 96 minutes, Ramone Urbina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jalón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramone Urbina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pont De Vilumara's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
