Pancho Cao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Cuadrado having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Pancho Cao reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luis Cuadrado. The goal made the score 1-0. 42 minutes into the game, Sebastián Morales was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casas De Benitez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vilatenim FC the free kick. After 42 played minutes Casas De Benitez got a freekick which was hit by Sebastián Morales. After 44 minutes, Anxo Vagrande made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Casas De Benitez's Bautista Cabrera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luis Cuadrado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Benedicto in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogelio Benedicto to make the kick off. Rogelio Benedicto might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Cuadrado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogelio Benedicto ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Casas De Benitez's Filomeno Benito got a free kick in the 55th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Casas De Benitez's goal looked a bit too open when Anxo Vagrande came free, but Bautista Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Saavedras short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Bautista Cabrera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Anxo Vagrande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bautista Cabrera having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Pancho Cao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vilatenim FC's Luis Cuadrado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bautista Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anxo Vagrande in the 72nd minute of play. Vilatenim FC's Luis Cuadrado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Benedicto in the 74th minute of play. Gero Candamil charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gero Candamil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Casas De Benitez getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anxo Vagrande couldn't finish the play. Francisco Japón hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Peyo De Silva didn't quite understand what happened when in the 95 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The Vilatenim FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Casas De Benitez from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
