An unexpectedly hard shot by Aniol Losada in the 7th minute of play forced Benimàmet's goalkeeper Celso Feria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ofelio Batuecas couldn't finish the play. Ofelio Batuecas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Mino Treviño 15 minutes into the match. If Aniol Losada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Liberto Ucero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rio Verde FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Benimàmet the free kick. Liberto Ucero hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Beltran Morales kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Benimàmet's zone, Venceslao Nafría stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Feria came out of the goal and Venceslao Nafría tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aniol Losada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Celso Feria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Feria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venceslao Nafría in the 69th minute of the match. Benimàmet's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Liberto Ucero scored to the left of an out of position Celso Feria, making the score, 1-2. After 77 played minutes Rio Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by David Castan. Aniol Losada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celso Feria having to make a save. Benimàmet's Celso Feria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venceslao Nafría in the 84th minute of play.
