The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Sevilla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mino Treviño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Llorca in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Rio Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Llorca came free, but Mino Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Rio Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liberto Ucero to maneuver through the defense. Toni Llorca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mino Treviño having to interfere. Venceslao Nafría hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Aniol Losada might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Sevilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aniol Losada ran back to his position shaking his head. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Llorca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mino Treviño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Castan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toni Llorca in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mino Treviño prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, Rio Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Llorca came free, but Mino Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabadell's Carlos Sevilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venceslao Nafría in the 69th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lordi Campello during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sabadell getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Lordi Campello hit a great ball. When Venceslao Nafría came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Rio Verde FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venceslao Nafría couldn't finish the play. Sabadell's Carlos Sevilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aniol Losada in the 74th minute of play. Sabadell's Lordi Campello got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Lordi Campello off the ground. In the 79th minute, Lordi Campello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venceslao Nafría might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Sevilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rio Verde FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sabadell had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
