Emeterio Valerón's late challenge caught a La Yegua Baja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emeterio Valerón helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of La Yegua Baja booed when Figuerola Del Camp AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emeterio Valerón didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Augusto Lagunas managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when La Yegua Baja's Manu Leseduarte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Emeterio Valerón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Figuerola Del Camp AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emeterio Valerón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernal Cartagena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. La Yegua Baja's Bernal Cartagena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Olano in the 15th minute of play. When Figuerola Del Camp AFC's Rio Olano in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bernal Cartagena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierres Valdés, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Rio Olano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bernal Cartagena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. La Yegua Baja's Bernal Cartagena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierres Valdés in the 37th minute of play. Manu Leseduarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Augusto Lagunas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Pierres Valdés managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Figuerola Del Camp AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierres Valdés was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The wind increased when Manu Leseduarte made the kick off in the second half. Manu Leseduarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Augusto Lagunas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rio Olano might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernal Cartagena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rio Olano ran back to his position shaking his head. Manu Leseduarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manu Leseduarte in the 63rd minute of play forced Figuerola Del Camp AFC's goalkeeper Augusto Lagunas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rio Olano spun around in front of the goal 66 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of La Yegua Baja's goal. Cordarell Acedo hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierres Valdés got free with Bernal Cartagena in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rio Olano in the 74th minute of play forced La Yegua Baja's goalkeeper Bernal Cartagena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rio Olano struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Bernal Cartagena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Figuerola Del Camp AFC. Augusto Lagunas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manu Leseduarte in the 80th minute of the match. When Manu Leseduarte came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the La Yegua Baja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manu Leseduarte couldn't finish the play. Pierres Valdés fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernal Cartagena having to interfere. Rio Olano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bernal Cartagena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
