In the 16thth minute of the game Sergi Tormes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chovar CD's Montez De Paula was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Sergi Tormes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nalo Abril sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nalo Abril recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Montez De Paula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergi Tormes in the 44th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Mambru Ecija fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gustavo Sabina, passed just outside the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nalo Abril to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Esquipula Gandia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Agamenón Casals got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pablo Cambero hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Agamenón Casals had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asier Carreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montez De Paula having to interfere. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chovar CD's goalkeeper Montez De Paula, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Chovar CD's goalkeeper Montez De Paula had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergi Tormes. After a rather tough play, Serrato's Prudencio Casillas got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naike Redondo in the 86th minute of play forced Serrato's goalkeeper Gustavo Sabina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nalo Abril sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
