Espartaco Escurza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverio Freire having to interfere. Epicuro Millán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Salvador Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergi Hevia charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergi Hevia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Salvador Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epicuro Millán, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Amato Lermo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Baraxil Coira put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fontanilles FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! 29 minutes into the game, Fran Climent cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Salvador Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Epicuro Millán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Machado having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pello Molina got free with Oliverio Freire in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Amato Lermo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Salvador Machado. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pello Molina to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, one of Fontanilles FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fontanilles FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Amato Lermo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Porqueres AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amato Lermo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Epicuro Millán came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Porqueres AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epicuro Millán couldn't finish the play. Salvador Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epicuro Millán in the 67th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Fontanilles FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfronso Rubio. César Rodriguez charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Rodriguez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd match minute, Fontanilles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. Epicuro Millán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epicuro Millán in the 92nd minute of play forced Fontanilles FC's goalkeeper Salvador Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Epicuro Millán in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salvador Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfronso Rubio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After 97 minutes of play, Porqueres AFC's Amato Lermo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Porqueres AFC played a much better game than Fontanilles FC and deserved their victory. The Fontanilles FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
