After a rather tough play, Atamaria FC's Alfredo Canosa got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Pablo Alcaraz charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Fernan Segura came out of the goal and Zarando Alarcon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pablo Alcaraz got his second yellow card in the match during the 16th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Pablo Alcaraz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Lugarico De Cerdan's Lastur Vilanova tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Antonio Pedrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Barrios in the 19th minute of play. Fernan Segura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Alarcon, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Atamaria FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Sixto Barrios scored to the left of an out of position Antonio Pedrosa, making the score, 1-0. Sixto Barrios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Pedrosa having to interfere. The supporters of Lugarico De Cerdan booed when Atamaria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Quesada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixto Barrios struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Antonio Pedrosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lugarico De Cerdan. Zarando Alarcon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fernan Segura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixto Barrios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 minutes, Humberto Saavedra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atamaria FC and the Lugarico De Cerdan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixto Barrios to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixto Barrios in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Pedrosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Ibanez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Pedrosa having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Polo Folch during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Atamaria FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Polo Folch hit a great ball. Antonio Pedrosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Barrios, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Atamaria FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lugarico De Cerdan.
