Alano Barberá scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ranolfo Carceles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ranolfo Carceles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonso Muelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Pablo Garcia struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Celino Cabanela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santa Perpètua De Mogoda AFC. Ranolfo Carceles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alano Barberá in the 23rd minute of play. Beltza Incera was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jacques Lagunas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ranolfo Carceles having to interfere. When Alano Barberá came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Zubieta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alano Barberá couldn't finish the play. Beltza Incera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zubieta FC's Celino Cabanela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Zubieta FC from getting a goal against them. If Alano Barberá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The audience was convinced that Beltza Incera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celino Cabanela was relentless in the 85th minute of the game.
