Etxeberri Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Truylos Obis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Guillen Quintero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jerrold Valverde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Jerrold Valverde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Belarmino Odín charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belarmino Odín the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, one of El Perell AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Perell AFC. El Perell AFC:s Naldo Aranzubia showed great skill when he stopped Meder Camacho:s penalty. 1-3 came in the 72nd minute when Meder Camacho all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Naldo Aranzubia. In the 82nd minute, Guillen Quintero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Punta Del Español AFC booed when El Perell AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montez Macías didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerrold Valverde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Naldo Aranzubia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerrold Valverde struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Naldo Aranzubia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Punta Del Español AFC. 97 minutes into the match, Truylos Obis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Etxeberri Marques. Punta Del Español AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Truylos Obis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. If Pacho Batuecas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Punta Del Español AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
