Ciano Bermudez came out of the goal and Zigor Vallejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Benimaclet getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Llorenc Clemente hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Santa Seclina's Jerold Jurado got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Benimaclet's Paul Gómez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nereo Ibanez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Rivera having to interfere. Ciano Bermudez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zigor Vallejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Benimaclet's Nereo Ibanez in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeo Rivera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute of the match Vachon Manzano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciano Bermudez skillfully saved the ball. If Llorenc Clemente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Santa Seclina's Amadeo Rivera got control of the ball when Nereo Ibanez tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnalt Vera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Rosario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciano Bermudez having to interfere. If Reinaldo Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Reinaldo Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Santa Seclina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo Rosario couldn't finish the play. Santa Seclina's Amadeo Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnalt Vera in the 65th minute of play. Amadeo Rivera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnalt Vera in the 73rd minute of the match. Benimaclet's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Santa Seclina. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaldo Rosario got free with Ciano Bermudez in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zigor Vallejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciano Bermudez having to interfere. Santa Seclina were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Benimaclet to leave the ground with a draw.
