Sanlúcar De Barrameda's Jeremias Novo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jeremias Novo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorio Quintanilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Nofre Bergada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Maximiano Leyva sped through Sanlúcar De Barrameda's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nofre Bergada. If Victorio Quintanilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Quintanilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nofre Bergada having to interfere. Nofre Bergada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Quintanilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Matia Macia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hitz Albizua in the 22nd minute. In the 24th match minute, Sanlúcar De Barrameda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hitz Albizua to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Hitz Albizua fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Matia Macia. Nofre Bergada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiano Leyva's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Alfredo Lastras hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Sanlúcar De Barrameda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Fuente De La Higuera:s goal. The referee gave La Fuente De La Higuera a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gilberto Armada, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sanlúcar De Barrameda's Nofre Bergada. 0-2. 35 minutes into the game, Taurino Villalcazar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Fuente De La Higuera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanlúcar De Barrameda the free kick. Taurino Villalcazar kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Taurino Villalcazar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. A collision led to La Fuente De La Higuera getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Taurino Villalcazar hit a great ball. After 40 minutes La Fuente De La Higuera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vidal Garay who took care of the corner kick. Hitz Albizua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Matia Macia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Arnaitz Obis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Victorio Quintanilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Fuente De La Higuera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Quintanilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Victorio Quintanilla made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Sanlúcar De Barrameda's Hitz Albizua made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matia Macia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 56 minutes into the match, La Fuente De La Higuera's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Novo came free, but Matia Macia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sanlúcar De Barrameda fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 63 minutes, La Fuente De La Higuera's Gilberto Armada got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nofre Bergada. La Fuente De La Higuera's Victorio Quintanilla got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sanlúcar De Barrameda's Nofre Bergada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiano Leyva in the 73rd minute of play. Seve Bellido hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Victorio Quintanilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Fuente De La Higuera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Quintanilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Victorio Quintanilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Maximiano Leyva came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the La Fuente De La Higuera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiano Leyva couldn't finish the play. Victorio Quintanilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Novo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matia Macia was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 90th minute Jeremias Novo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matia Macia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Lastras kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Gilberto Armada sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sanlúcar De Barrameda's Nofre Bergada didn't even have to move. Sanlúcar De Barrameda's Nofre Bergada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Sanlúcar De Barrameda from getting a goal against them. Matia Macia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Novo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Fuente De La Higuera's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
