Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nabucodonosor Vadillos started the match with the kick off. Midas Santiago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basauri AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Nabucodonosor Vadillos scored to the left of an out of position Ubarna Barba, making the score, 1-0. Jose-Juan Jaen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altzibar Aznar in the 15th minute of the match. Nabucodonosor Vadillos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nabucodonosor Vadillos struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Ubarna Barba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Neveral AFC. Jusepe Zubiaga kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Basauri AFC's Jusepe Zubiaga got a free kick in the 22nd minute. El Neveral AFC's Quintin Cuevas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Basauri AFC. Ubarna Barba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nabucodonosor Vadillos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nabucodonosor Vadillos in the 32nd minute of play forced Basauri AFC's goalkeeper Ubarna Barba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altzibar Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose-Juan Jaen having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Primo Cardeñosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Basauri AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Ubarna Barba made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Luis-Antonio Llorente sent off a good shot on target. Nabucodonosor Vadillos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubarna Barba having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Primo Cardeñosa was the one to do the kick off. Ubarna Barba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis-Antonio Llorente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Luis-Antonio Llorente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubarna Barba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 played minutes Basauri AFC got a freekick which was hit by Belo Manzano. The supporters of El Neveral AFC booed when Basauri AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belo Manzano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jusepe Zubiaga hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Quintin Cuevas, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With his leg Jose-Juan Jaen managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Basauri AFC's Altzibar Aznar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 70th minute, Telesforo Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Basauri AFC fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Basauri AFC's Primo Cardeñosa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Midas Santiago charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Midas Santiago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Basauri AFC booed when El Neveral AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Midas Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nabucodonosor Vadillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ubarna Barba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Basauri AFC's Primo Cardeñosa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jose-Juan Jaen. That made the score 2-3 after 91 minutes of play. Nabucodonosor Vadillos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
