After 33 played minutes Guadalupe FC got a freekick which was hit by Orti Zapatero. Agamenón Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lico Casas having to interfere. Freddy Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Illan Gonzáles, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Lico Casas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agamenón Cruz in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Illan Gonzáles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pio Vives received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Lico Casas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Tiburcio Galego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Pio Vives in the 65th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
