Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fidel Etxeberria took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes Santa Fé De Los Boliches got a freekick which was hit by Xaime Cainzos. Ion Noya, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Fidel Etxeberria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Nobo. Santa Fé De Los Boliches's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Etxeberria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Fagondo Garate came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Guadalmedina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fagondo Garate couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Santa Fé De Los Boliches's Espiridion De la Torre threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joachim Rey, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fidel Etxeberria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Guadalmedina FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Modesto Manrique hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guadalmedina FC's zone, Joachim Rey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Espiridion De la Torre came out of the goal and Joachim Rey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quico Guerrero charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quico Guerrero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Quico Guerrero kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Guadalmedina FC got a freekick which was hit by Cresitobalo Baltanas. If Quico Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Espiridion De la Torre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Rey, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After the first half Guadalmedina FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Joachim Rey made the kick off in the second half. Jago Carro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 51st minute. Guadalmedina FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Guadalmedina FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Iñaki Olle hit a great ball. When Santa Fé De Los Boliches's Joachim Rey in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guadalmedina FC's goalie prevented a goal. Esteban Cordoba's late challenge caught a Guadalmedina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Cordoba helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, one of Santa Fé De Los Boliches:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Santa Fé De Los Boliches. 0-2 came in the 68th minute when Ion Noya all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Flavio Nobo. Fidel Etxeberria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Flavio Nobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iñaki Olle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Nobo having to interfere. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santa Fé De Los Boliches's goalkeeper Flavio Nobo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guadalmedina FC's Espiridion De la Torre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Rey in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Guadalmedina FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
