After 16 minutes, Alex Navarro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Raimat and the Castelló De Farfanya players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Alex Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Raimat's zone, Leonel Odín stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Ponce De Leon came out of the goal and Leonel Odín tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Raimat's goalkeeper Narciso Ponce De Leon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nahia Zabalo. Peyo Noya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peyo Noya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Castelló De Farfanya's Lancelot Lillo got a free kick in the 36th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonel Odín was the one to do the kick off. Gorri Feria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Peyo Noya made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Nahia Zabalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castelló De Farfanya's supporters rose to their feet, but Nahia Zabalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Ponce De Leon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rosendo Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Peyo Noya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Castelló De Farfanya got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Quintas. Leonel Odín kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match.
