Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ubarna Cuevas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eufemio Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Elguero in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Geronimo Rua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Alcedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Rua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eufemio Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubarna Cuevas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donato Ocaña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Elazar Amer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clariana AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elazar Amer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eufemio Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ritchie Elguero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Manrique kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Ritchie Elguero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eufemio Navarro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Geronimo Rua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eufemio Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubarna Cuevas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ubarna Cuevas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clariana AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubarna Cuevas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Ocaña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubarna Cuevas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Ocaña having to interfere. Donato Ocaña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubarna Cuevas in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ritchie Elguero to make the kick off. Eufemio Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geronimo Rua's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Eufemio Navarro had great luck who in the 55thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ritchie Elguero from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Monte Alcedo's Donato Ocaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubarna Cuevas in the 56th minute of play. Donato Ocaña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elazar Amer went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Clariana AD's zone, Geronimo Rua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eufemio Navarro came out of the goal and Geronimo Rua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Geronimo Rua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elazar Amer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the game, Clariana AD's Ubarna Cuevas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Ocaña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Monte Alcedo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Clariana AD.
