The supporters of Hereña CF booed when Caravaca De La Cruz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Millano Morado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castel Novo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Quintanilla's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Ovando Quijana made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Olmedo. Hereña CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Jimeno Olmedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovando Quijana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hereña CF! The referee gave Caravaca De La Cruz a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Onofre Doblas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hereña CF's Jimeno Olmedo. 4-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hereña CF's zone, Ovando Quijana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Olmedo came out of the goal and Ovando Quijana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayo Morales charged in rather forcefully in the 99th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cayo Morales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cayo Morales kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Hereña CF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
