The referee showed Handi Toledo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, Altea La Vieja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Handi Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Urdin Alavedra kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Zahar Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Casas having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urdin Alavedra couldn't finish the play. Gilesindo Grau ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Aztegieta defense, Gilesindo Grau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Casas. The Aztegieta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Casas should have stopped the shot. Gorri Blazquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Aztegieta getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nabucodonosor Uria hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Zahar Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Casas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Gilesindo Grau notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aztegieta's Jaime Casas. Jaime Casas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute Gorri Blazquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Lozano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Gilesindo Grau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altea La Vieja AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilesindo Grau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Casas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lolo Esteban's late challenge caught a Aztegieta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lolo Esteban helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Altea La Vieja AFC's Lolo Esteban got a free kick in the 85th minute. Gilesindo Grau scored 0-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Casas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Altea La Vieja AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aztegieta.
