Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Enrique Ponce took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Etor Bargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Etor Bargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veremundo Bacete breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's Lawrence Quintas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gomesano Vilanova in the 6th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Gomesano Vilanova who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's Lawrence Quintas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Aarón Mayor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's goalkeeper Lawrence Quintas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Montero. After 22 minutes of play, Giverola FC's Gomesano Vilanova made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lawrence Quintas was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's Lawrence Quintas got control of the ball when Rosendo Montero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's Etor Bargas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Veremundo Bacete narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Giverola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Etor Bargas came free, but Veremundo Bacete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Ponce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veremundo Bacete having to interfere. Etor Bargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's Lawrence Quintas got control of the ball when Rosendo Montero tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Etor Bargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Ponce in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Veremundo Bacete saved Giverola FC from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gomesano Vilanova to strike the kick off in the second half. Gomesano Vilanova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lawrence Quintas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veremundo Bacete made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Etor Bargas sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 60 minutes, Etor Bargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etor Bargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Enrique Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Ponce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Veremundo Bacete made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yoel Sarrate during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC's zone, Gomesano Vilanova stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lawrence Quintas came out of the goal and Gomesano Vilanova tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aarón Mayor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Veremundo Bacete came out and tried to block the shot, but Aarón Mayor slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 77th minute. When Enrique Ponce came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Aeropuerto De Córdoba AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Ponce couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd match minute, Giverola FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Japón to maneuver through the defense. Etor Bargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Rosendo Montero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lawrence Quintas was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Giverola FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
