Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Corbins's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Darien Zamora 3 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Ramond Paz's late challenge caught a Motril's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramond Paz helped the player get up and apologised. Ramond Paz hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Gerardo Cuevas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darien Zamora in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Dante Castillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Cuevas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 16th minute of the match Cristian Ortega sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Macedonio Velasco skillfully saved the ball. In the 18th minute Luis-Jose Gibert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macedonio Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macedonio Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis-Jose Gibert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Abel Abascal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Macedonio Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Macedonio Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Abascal in the 27th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Corbins got a freekick which was hit by Luis-Jose Gibert. If Darien Zamora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darien Zamora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Darien Zamora came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Motril fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darien Zamora couldn't finish the play. Romulo Ferrer's late challenge caught a Motril's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Ferrer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Corbins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Corbins's Romulo Ferrer got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute Darien Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Cuevas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Cuevas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darien Zamora in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Abascal to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Dante Castillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Cuevas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dante Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Pepe Sans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corbins and the Motril players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pepe Sans kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Abel Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macedonio Velasco having to interfere. When Mon Reina fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Motril's protests and gave Mon Reina a yellow card for diving instead. Mon Reina hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Darien Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Cuevas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Cuevas having to interfere. If Abel Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th match minute, Motril was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Ramos to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Corbins's goal looked a bit too open when Darien Zamora came free, but Gerardo Cuevas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Darien Zamora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corbins's Gerardo Cuevas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Darien Zamora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darien Zamora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Cuevas having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Motril had won after a very even match.
