But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Bartumeu couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Rosalejo AFC booed when Montcada I Reixac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anchel Cardeñosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes Montcada I Reixac got a freekick which was hit by Error Alcalde. If Rencio Palencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the game, Anchel Cardeñosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montcada I Reixac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosalejo AFC the free kick. Anchel Cardeñosa hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Felipe Bartumeu spun around in front of the goal 43 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Montcada I Reixac's goal. After recieving a nice pass, Rosalejo AFC's Truylos Urbieta tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Alvino Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rencio Palencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Bartumeu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alvar Aballe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rencio Palencia came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Rosalejo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rencio Palencia couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrés Vera got free with Ioseba Rosas in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rosalejo AFC's Felipe Bartumeu got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rencio Palencia in the 78th minute of play forced Montcada I Reixac's goalkeeper Alvar Aballe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urdin Urruti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ioseba Rosas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rosalejo AFC defense, Andrés Vera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ioseba Rosas. The Rosalejo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ioseba Rosas should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Montcada I Reixac's Angelino Coello got a free kick in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rosalejo AFC fully deserved thier win.
