Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Esdras Saura kicked off to start the match. Ponc Nafría fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Lopez having to interfere. Bonavista's Edgardo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponc Nafría in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Bonavista's Gomesano Llinares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joey Zapatero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Gomesano Llinares came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Bonavista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gomesano Llinares couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Esdras Saura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Zapatero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gomesano Llinares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Esdras Saura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Torre Paloma AFC's Bingen Coello got a free kick in the 29th minute. Amancio Echavarri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joey Zapatero. Torre Paloma AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 36th minute, Vito Tormes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Esdras Saura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Zapatero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gomesano Llinares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Joey Zapatero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Esdras Saura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 minutes of play, Torre Paloma AFC's Ponc Nafría made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Lopez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
In a very dangerous position, a player in Torre Paloma AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Joey Zapatero went to the wrong direction when Amancio Echavarri was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Joey Zapatero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esdras Saura, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When Telesforo Balboa fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bonavista's protests and gave Telesforo Balboa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bonavista getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Telesforo Balboa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleodoro Antunez got free with Edgardo Lopez in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esdras Saura in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joey Zapatero saved Torre Paloma AFC from getting behind. Zoilo Urbina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Torre Paloma AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jose-Enrique De Toro hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, Torre Paloma AFC's Zoilo Urbina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Lopez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zoilo Urbina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bingen Coello had several of the Bonavista's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 96 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Edgardo Lopez as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, Torre Paloma AFC's Bingen Coello got a free kick in the 99th minute. In the 101stth minute of the game Esdras Saura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torre Paloma AFC's Joey Zapatero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
