Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juanito Sancho started the match with the kick off. Miro Macías made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakes Acha in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Villa Sol's goal looked a bit too open when Jakes Acha came free, but Miro Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juanito Sancho in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miro Macías prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juanito Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miro Macías read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juanito Sancho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miro Macías saved Villa Sol from getting behind. Humberto Menendez hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Juanito Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miro Macías having to interfere. Villa Sol's Miro Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juanito Sancho in the 37th minute of play. Juanito Sancho scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miro Macías, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sanson Vallejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lasarte AFC's zone, Nacho Toxeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leroy Llinares came out of the goal and Nacho Toxeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nacho Toxeiro made a kick off. Miro Macías made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Honorato Gonzalvez sent off a good shot on target. Miro Macías made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorato Gonzalvez in the 52nd minute. 59 minutes into the match, Lasarte AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nacho Toxeiro came free, but Leroy Llinares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Villa Sol's goal looked a bit too open when Juanito Sancho came free, but Miro Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juanito Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miro Macías having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Lasarte AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nacho Toxeiro came free, but Leroy Llinares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miro Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juanito Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Juanito Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miro Macías came out and tried to block the shot, but Juanito Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 94th minute. The Lasarte AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lasarte AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
