Leroy Llinares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugaitz Cienfuegos in the 21st minute of the match. Ugaitz Cienfuegos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Leroy Llinares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Berriotxoa Navas fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viladecavalls's protests and gave Berriotxoa Navas a yellow card for diving instead. Berriotxoa Navas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Viladecavalls's Amador Esteban nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leroy Llinares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Viladecavalls's Berriotxoa Navas got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jakes Acha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Juanito Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balesio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Lasarte AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Gonzalvez to maneuver through the defense. Amador Esteban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Leroy Llinares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Viladecavalls's Ugaitz Cienfuegos in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lasarte AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amador Esteban to strike the kick off in the second half. Neto Pedraza hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Ugaitz Cienfuegos notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lasarte AFC's Leroy Llinares. Leroy Llinares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th match minute, Lasarte AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemencin Cayuela to maneuver through the defense. Leroy Llinares stood somewhat misplaced when Amador Esteban came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 61 minute. Ugaitz Cienfuegos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Leroy Llinares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Ruiz got free with Leroy Llinares in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Amador Esteban dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leroy Llinares, 1-4. In the 78th minute, Landolfo Palomares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leroy Llinares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Esteban, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to Lasarte AFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Honorato Gonzalvez hit a great ball. Ugaitz Cienfuegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juanito Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jakes Acha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Viladecavalls's goal looked a bit too open when Jakes Acha came free, but Balesio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
