Amerigo Aguilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eladio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Macedonio Diaz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macedonio Diaz made a kick off. Macedonio Diaz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Eladio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lamiako. Macedonio Diaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eladio Vera having to make a save. After having played for 77 minutes, Macedonio Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lamiako's supporters crossed their fingers, but Macedonio Diaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Altea's Eladio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Zapatero in the 84th minute of play. After 94 played minutes Altea got a freekick which was hit by George Nafría. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
