But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quilino Sarrate couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Sant Vicenç De Montalt AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Antoni Cano hit a great ball. Quilino Sarrate's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anacleto Maestro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Anacleto Maestro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Marrero in the 37th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sant Vicenç De Montalt AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Marrero came free, but Anacleto Maestro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tome Sevilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Maestro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tirso Harroyo's late challenge caught a Jalón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tirso Harroyo helped the player get up and apologised. Tirso Harroyo kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Norino Durango sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sant Vicenç De Montalt AFC's Anacleto Maestro didn't even have to move. Anacleto Maestro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anacleto Sánchez in the 68th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Eleuterio Bajo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Tome Sevilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eleuterio Bajo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
