Montez Raya helped the player get up and apologised. 26 minutes into the game, Bazil Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuartillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aldover FC the free kick. A collision led to Cuartillo getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bazil Arias hit a great ball. If Jesús Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesús Rey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ostadar Quintas having to make a save. After 44 played minutes Cuartillo got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Mata. Fertus Barrientos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medero Gibert having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jesús Rey made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute César Montiel suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 53 minutes, Cleto Verges mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aldover FC and the Cuartillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Aldover FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Verges to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Fertus Barrientos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medero Gibert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cuartillo getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Florentino Briso hit a great ball. After 88 minutes of play, Aldover FC's Fertus Barrientos made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Medero Gibert was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jaizki Durango fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aldover FC's protests and gave Jaizki Durango a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cuartillo booed when Aldover FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaizki Durango didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
