Ariniz's Aparicio Zapico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tito Bargas in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ariniz's zone, Tito Bargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aparicio Zapico came out of the goal and Tito Bargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ariniz's Aparicio Zapico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Rico in the 12th minute of play. Hernán Rico struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Aparicio Zapico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pozo Los Palos AFC. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Jerold Santalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ariniz's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerold Santalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cebo Ucero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose-Antonio Marcilla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 21st minute. Ariniz's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cebo Ucero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerold Santalla went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Cebo Ucero made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jerold Santalla sent off a good shot on target. After 27 played minutes Pozo Los Palos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Galsino Dean. In the 28th match minute, Pozo Los Palos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galsino Dean to maneuver through the defense. Ariniz's Montez Andres couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pozo Los Palos AFC. If Jerold Santalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Jose-Antonio Marcilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cebo Ucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose-Antonio Marcilla struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Cebo Ucero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ariniz. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Jose-Antonio Marcilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute Jose-Antonio Marcilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cebo Ucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Pozo Los Palos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pepe Canyelles to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes Pozo Los Palos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anxel Navarro. If Jerold Santalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Ariniz's goalkeeper Aparicio Zapico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernán Rico. Ariniz were furious when Bernabé Darroja was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Tito Bargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tito Bargas in the 85th minute of play forced Ariniz's goalkeeper Aparicio Zapico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerold Santalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebo Ucero having to interfere. Andrei Naranjo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebo Ucero having to interfere.
