The supporters of Quartell booed when Canyet De Mar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Santander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olaf santillana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Aparicio Arratia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Canyet De Mar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Santander to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Medardo Losada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aparicio Arratia was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Elvis Bacete left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Medardo Losada kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aparicio Arratia. That made the score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Medardo Losada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Quartell's Medardo Losada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aparicio Arratia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Medardo Losada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aparicio Arratia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf santillana, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Quartell's Pietro Landa got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Andrés-Fernando Ponce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvis Bacete in the 64th minute of the match. Canyet De Mar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Truylos Nunez in the 65th minute. When Olaf santillana fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quartell's protests and gave Olaf santillana a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Olaf santillana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Truylos Nunez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute, Quinton Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Canyet De Mar's goal looked a bit too open when Pietro Landa came free, but Aparicio Arratia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes of play Canyet De Mar's Javier Santander was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Aparicio Arratia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olaf santillana went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Canyet De Mar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
