Erre Team FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zernin Cuadrado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zernin Cuadrado in the 18th minute of play forced El Higueral's goalkeeper Tacito Aguado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Lalo Vagrande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of El Higueral booed when Erre Team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eneko Lorenzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alejandro Roca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. One of Erre Team FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Higueral:s goal. Karlo Canyelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Roca in the 41st minute of play. Erre Team FC's Alanzo Diaz got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alanzo Diaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alanzo Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Roca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karlo Canyelles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, Erre Team FC's Karlo Canyelles got control of the ball when Tello Soto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tuste Revuelta hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match.
