In the 4thth minute of the game Apolo Palacios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Solanillos Del Extremo SD's José Ortega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Solanillos Del Extremo SD's Ion Mezquita got a free kick in the 5th minute. Israel Unzueta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Ortega. Solanillos Del Extremo SD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 6th minute, Virgilio Campello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Toscano in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Ortega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th match minute, Los Galacticos Diabolicos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maule santillana to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Asdrubal Sancho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Josete Solera didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Virgilio Campello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solanillos Del Extremo SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Campello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josete Solera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Josete Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gelmiro Mendez in the 18th minute of play. 1-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Cristiano Toscano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 24th minute Edgardo Mala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josete Solera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siro Menendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Ortega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. José Ortega had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Cristiano Toscano's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With his leg José Ortega managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Cristiano Toscano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 38th minute, Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Cristiano Toscano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind José Ortega. José Ortega yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Israel Unzueta was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Los Galacticos Diabolicos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Solanillos Del Extremo SD:s goal. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Solanillos Del Extremo SD. Asdrubal Sancho stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Josete Solera. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octavio Paublo was the one to do the kick off. Apolo Palacios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Octavio Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Apolo Palacios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Galacticos Diabolicos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Palacios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Josete Solera got control of the ball when Edgardo Mala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armando Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Octavio Paublo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Solanillos Del Extremo SD's José Ortega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Palacios in the 71st minute of play. Edgardo Mala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Josete Solera made a huge save. 74 minutes into the game, Freddy Noya recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Josete Solera. Freddy Noya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos Diabolicos's goalkeeper Josete Solera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Mala. Octavio Paublo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Blas Palanques got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Solanillos Del Extremo SD defense, Octavio Paublo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Ortega. The Solanillos Del Extremo SD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Ortega should have stopped the shot. Blas Palanques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Galacticos Diabolicos's Josete Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Noya in the 86th minute of play. If Octavio Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Palacios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Apolo Palacios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Galacticos Diabolicos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Josete Solera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gelmiro Mendez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 99 minute of play.
