Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mondron's Ginés Escobar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Brion Esteban came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Mondron's Ginés Escobar. But to his dismay, Ginés Escobar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Mondron's Conrado Salan got control of the ball when Javier Quiroga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tolino Raya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tolino Raya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ginés Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Brion Esteban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Iñaki Molina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corzans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iñaki Molina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conrado Salan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Roman in the 40th minute of play. Iñaki Molina struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Conrado Salan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corzans. Tolino Raya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Brion Esteban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mondron's Conrado Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Roman in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oscar Roman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iñaki Molina kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Ginés Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brion Esteban having to interfere. Tolino Rayas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Brion Esteban to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Brion Esteban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ginés Escobar in the 62nd minute of the match. Corzans's Brion Esteban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ginés Escobar in the 65th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Mondron's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Quiroga came free, but Conrado Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Corzans getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Iñaki Molina hit a great ball. Brion Esteban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ginés Escobar in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Tolino Raya notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Corzans's Brion Esteban. Brion Esteban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Roman in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Salan saved Mondron from getting behind. In the 89th minute, one of Corzans:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Corzans. When Oscar Roman came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Corzans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Roman couldn't finish the play. Mondron's Conrado Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Quiroga in the 98th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mondron eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
