Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) potrman fc's Aurelio Urbina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, U.D. Faneque 's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Urbina came free, but Baldemar Gonzáles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Lucero Guerrero managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when U.D. Faneque 's Urbasa Navarro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 8 minutes into the match, U.D. Faneque 's Lisandro Alcaraz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucero Guerrero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Aurelio Urbina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldemar Gonzáles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 13th match minute, potrman fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mino Vallejo to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Lisandro Alcaraz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucero Guerrero. potrman fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lisandro Alcaraz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 22nd minute, one of potrman fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for potrman fc. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Demetrio Fernandez during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of U.D. Faneque booed when potrman fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When U.D. Faneque 's Lisandro Alcaraz in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye potrman fc's goalie prevented a goal. Demetrio Fernandez got his second yellow card in the match during the 29th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Lisandro Alcaraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucero Guerrero having to interfere. Angelo Zubizarreta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Baldemar Gonzáles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltazar Clos kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, potrman fc's Charro Sainz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Angelo Zubizarreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldemar Gonzáles having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lisandro Alcaraz was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Lisandro Alcaraz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucero Guerrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Urbasa Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. U.D. Faneque 's supporters rose to their feet, but Urbasa Navarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucero Guerrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Urbasa Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 played minutes potrman fc got a freekick which was hit by Iratxo Crespo. U.D. Faneque 's Urbasa Navarro got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lisandro Alcaraz during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 81 minutes into the match, U.D. Faneque 's goalkeeper Baldemar Gonzáles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anxel Mezquita. After 83 minutes, Haroldo Pabon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U.D. Faneque and the potrman fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes U.D. Faneque got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Pabon. Angelo Zubizarreta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faneque 's Urbasa Navarro got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of potrman fc booed when U.D. Faneque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenech Ocaña didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Anxel Mezquita came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the potrman fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anxel Mezquita couldn't finish the play. U.D. Faneque 's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
