Eder Acarreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uzuri Barral having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Eder Acarreta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torrubia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eder Acarreta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uzuri Barral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, San Mauro SD's goal looked a bit too open when Tito Merino came free, but Uzuri Barral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tito Merino in the 16th minute of play forced San Mauro SD's goalkeeper Uzuri Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ovando Muelas fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Mauro SD's protests and gave Ovando Muelas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Torrubia FC booed when San Mauro SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovando Muelas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Torrubia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eder Acarreta to maneuver through the defense. Tito Merino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xalo Griful took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Zapico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Zapico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eder Acarreta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xalo Griful didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enetz Bueno went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tito Merino to strike the kick off in the second half. Eder Acarreta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eder Acarreta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uzuri Barral having to make a save. If Luis Zapico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tito Merino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Uzuri Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrico Rienda during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes San Mauro SD got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Rienda. Eder Acarreta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Uzuri Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xalo Griful was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Zapico showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 88 minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Tito Merino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Uzuri Barral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. San Mauro SD succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Torrubia FC had controlled the match.
